Private Property Impounds
We provide private property towing and storage services for business owners, management companies, and security companies. You may find that your vehicle has been towed as a result of violating the parking rules on private property. We do not make the decision to have any vehicle impounded. We simply provide the service at the request and written authorization of the business owner and/or approved party.
Vehicles may be inspected and unattached personal property removed between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday and by appointment on weekends.
Acceptable forms of payment include, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or ATM.
We will need the following information in order to release or allow you to inspect your vehicle or permit you to remove unattached personal property:
- Make of Vehicle.
- License or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Government issued photo identification such as a Driver’s License or Identification Card.
- Proof of ownership such as current registration, title or rental agreement. In certain circumstances, possession of the keys to the vehicle may suffice for proof of ownership.
